Can you tell us about your background and how you became interested in AI?
Yagna: “My exploration of AI began with a genuine curiosity about data and its potential to solve challenging problems. My interest first sparked during my bachelor’s studies, where I worked on various data-driven projects and became fascinated by AI’s transformative potential across different sectors.
Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s degree in Data Engineering at Uppsala University, which has a strong focus on research and innovation in data science.
This academic environment has solidified my career path, and the constant evolution of the field continues to excite and motivate me to explore its practical applications.”
What drew you to Paapaya, and what made you want to contribute to a growing company like ours?
Yagna “I was attracted to Paapaya for its innovative approach to digital services that empower small and medium-sized businesses. The chance to work with a company leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions was incredibly appealing.

Can you describe your role as an AI Prompt Engineer and what a typical day looks like for you?
Yagna “As an AI Prompt Engineer, I design and implement intelligent systems that streamline processes and enhance user experiences.
A typical day includes developing automation tools using Python and Selenium, applying logical reasoning and analytical thinking, and fine-tuning language models for optimized content generation.
I also focus on testing SEO-centric features to boost website performance. Collaboration is crucial, so I work closely with various teams to ensure projects meet both technical and business goals.”
Balancing your work at Paapaya and your studies at Uppsala University must be challenging. How do you manage both?
Yagna “Balancing work and studies requires careful time management and prioritization. I set clear goals and allocate dedicated blocks of time for my academic and professional responsibilities. While it’s demanding, I find it interesting and exciting, which keeps me motivated and productive.”
In your view, what role does AI play in Paapaya’s growth and success, especially as a digital service provider for SMBs?
Yagna “AI is revolutionizing Paapaya’s capabilities by offering fast, cost-effective solutions for SMBs. For example, we can now create SEO-optimized websites in under two minutes, significantly boosting efficiency and scalability.
This technological edge enables SMBs to access high-quality digital services, positioning Paapaya as a vital growth partner for these businesses.”
What has been the most rewarding part of working at Paapaya so far, and why?
Yagna “One of the most rewarding experiences has been automating the creation of Elementor-based websites using AI. This project, which involved Python, Selenium, and OpenAI APIs, was supported by the entire team. Knowing that these advancements have such a positive impact on our clients is incredibly fulfilling and drives me to continue innovating.”
Have you encountered any major challenges in your role, and how have you tackled them?
Yagna “A major challenge has been ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content while maintaining strict SEO standards. This requires extensive testing, iterative fine-tuning of language models, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO practices. Collaborating with team members and incorporating their feedback has been invaluable in overcoming these hurdles.”
How do you see the role of AI evolving at Paapaya in the next few years?
Yagna “I envision AI becoming an even more integral part of Paapaya’s operations, enhancing customer engagement and streamlining processes. With advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and language models, we’ll be able to refine our tools further to deliver even more impactful solutions. I aim to take on more complex projects, help scale our AI innovations, and ensure they align with the latest trends.
My goal is to evolve into a Senior AI Engineer and eventually transition into a Data Scientist role, where I can lead data-driven strategies for Paapaya’s sustained growth.”
What advice would you offer to others interested in pursuing a career in AI, especially in a fast-paced company like Paapaya Web Agency?
Yagna “My advice would be to build a strong foundation in programming, machine learning, and data engineering. Hands-on experience through projects and internships is essential.
Additionally, being able to communicate technical concepts clearly is crucial. In a fast-paced environment like Paapaya, being proactive and embracing teamwork will help you stand out and thrive.”
